How do I get to the Isle of Wight?
That's easy there are a few ways of getting over by car or by foot, you will be asked at the time of booking.
Can I book the ferry at the same time as my holiday?
Absolutely, and we can probably get you the best price.
Is linen included with my holiday?
It is indeed, not only included but we make the beds for you.* (extra charge for newspaper promotions).
Do I have to pay utilities, gas, electric, water etc?
No not at all, that's all in the price.
What if I want to alter my booking?
That's not an issue, just give us a call and we will help you the best we can* (some alterations may incur a small admin fee)
What if I want to cancel my holiday?
We hope you won't, but if circumstances rule, then we can always change your dates* if that helps - but if you do need to cancel then please refer to section 5 of the terms and conditions for a breakdown of how much you could loose.
Do I need a passport?
A popular question! No you don't, all are welcome on the Isle of Wight.
Is it English currency on the Isle of Wight?
Again another question often heard - yes it's Stirling here!
Can I have my groceries delivered to the park?
Indeed you can, we have Tesco, Sainsburys, to name a couple here on the island, and they.
I need medical equipment delivering, is this ok?
Of course, we accept deliveries to the parks reception and a team member will also help take it to your accommodation if needed.
We are coming in more than one vehicle, is this ok?
Yes that's fine, however not all out accommodation has parking spaces, but those that do are limited to one car, but your more than welcome to park the others in the car parks. St Helens has no parking at the accommodation only car parks.
Do you provide cots and high chairs?
Yes we hire these at a small cost of just £10 per item. (Note we don't provide bedding for the cots)
What about cleaning materials and equipment do you provide these in the accommodation?
No, we don't want you to be doing chores whilst your here, we can lend you a Hoover if you wish, but we can't leave you any cleaning products.
If I need to change my ferry times, is this is possible?
Yes of course, if you booked the ferry through us you will need to call us with your ferry number and tour new time of travel and we can do the rest for you* (there is normally no charge for this, however the ferry companies may charge an admin fee).
I can't make it and want to give my holiday to someone else, is this ok?
Yes that's fine, there will be an admin fee and we will need to informed OKof this in writing from the lead name of the original booking only
What happens when we arrive?
Just park up and pop to reception and they will provide you with all the information ready for you to start your holiday, don’t worry if you’re early, let the team know and they may even be able to check you in early – for more information click here
