When is the Isle of Wight Festival 2018?

Where is the Isle of Wight Festival?
The 2018 Isle of Wight Festival will be held at Seaclose Park, Newport, just 15 minutes’ walk from the bus station. There will be buses running to the festival from all ports except Fishbourne. 50th Anniversary of the Isle of Wight Festival
The Isle of Wight Festival has made history for decades - T. Rex, The Who and Jefferson Airplane played alongside stars like Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix. Hendrix’s final performance was at the festival, with 600,000 people reportedly turning out to see him play. That was back in 1970, but the event actually started two years earlier, in 1968, making 2018 the Isle of Wight Festival’s 50th year.
How to Get to the Isle of Wight Festival
From Rookley Park, it’s just 11 minutes by car to Seaclose Park - you can buy parking in advance with your festival ticket.
Southern Vectis number 3 bus takes 20 minutes every 30 minutes from the park entrance, to the centre of Newport, then 15 minute walk to Seaclose Park.
