The only way to get to the Isle of Wight from mainland Britain is by ferry. The ferries run regularly from Lymington to Yarmouth, Southampton to Cowes, Portsmouth to Fishbourne, or Portsmouth Harbour to Ryde Pier. Both car and passenger ferries are available. Call our sales team for discounts on ferries to and from the island.
Yes you can, but you will need to call to book. We can offer savings on your ferry journey if you book through us (subject to availability), so give us a call to discuss the details of your journey.
We can do that for you, subject to availability. Any changes within 24 hours of booking will be made free of charge. After that, a small admin fee will apply.
Of course! If you need ferry tickets, let our team know so they can book you in at a discounted fare for both cars if available. Note that while St Helens only offers parking in communal car parks, Rookley Park does have parking at the accommodation for some types, but it is only for one car. Your other vehicle(s) are welcome in our communal car park, space permitting.

If you have a UK passport, you will not need it to travel from mainland Britain. If you have a non-UK passport, you will need travel documents to enter the UK. However, you will not be required to show these to get to the Isle of Wight. Any official identification should be fine for check-in and ferry passage.
Our caravans and cottages are self-catering, but we have provided many amenities for our guests. One common question, especially in our caravans, is if utilities are included, and we are happy to say that everything – electricity, water, heating if applicable – is included in the price. All bed linens are provided, and towels and tea towels come complimentary with our Lakehouse and Premium Cottage holidays. All kitchens are fully equipped, and Rookley Park has on-site dining available (coming soon to The Bay Colwell). You can of course enjoy access to all amenities at all of our parks, and parking is included with most accommodation types (see accommodation pages for more details).
Of course! We have Tesco, Sainsburys, and more nearby. We recommend checking their delivery availability before arrival.
Yes, we hire these at a small cost of just £10 per item. (Please note that we don't provide bedding for the cots.)
No, we don't want you to be doing chores whilst you're here! We can lend you a Hoover if you wish, but unfortunately we don't have any cleaning products available for guest use.
Of course, we accept deliveries to the parks reception, and a team member will also help take it to your accommodation if needed. Please let a member of our sales team know if you have any accessibility needs; we have some cottages and caravans specifically chosen with accessibility in mind, or we can recommend other units with more easy access.
Just go straight to see our reception team in the main building. You can park your car in the communal car park out front. From there our team will direct you to your accommodation and introduce you to all the amenities your holiday park has to offer. They can also provide information on family activities, recommendations for local dining and attractions, and answers to any other questions you may have. Our reception team can also help with anything you may need during your stay.
We want to help you have the best holiday possible. If there's any way we can move you to a more suitable accommodation or change your requirements, we would love to do so. Give us a call to see what's available. Note that some changes may incur a small admin fee.
You may, but a small admin fee will apply, and we will need to be contacted by the person who made the booking from a verified contact, like the email or phone number you used when you booked.
We hope that you won't, but we understand that sometimes things happen. First give us a call to see if we can find more suitable dates; often bookings can be moved for just a small admin fee. But if you must cancel, please refer to the terms and conditions you read when booking to see what the cancellation penalties are for your specific holiday.
